We are looking for a creative and responsible Social Media Executive / Sr. Executive who can manage our digital presence and help grow the brand across platforms.
Role Overview
The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, posting and managing social media content for Orozone Jewel News and Orozone Tech News. The person should have good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and WhatsApp promotion, along with basic knowledge of content trends, captions, reels and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily social media posting for Orozone Jewel News and Orozone Tech News.
Create content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and WhatsApp Channel.
Write engaging captions, headlines, hashtags and short promotional copy.
Coordinate with the editorial team for news posts, feature stories, interviews and industry updates.
Create concepts for reels, carousels, stories and promotional creatives.
Work with designers to prepare social media artworks as per brand guidelines.
Track jewellery industry trends, exhibitions, product launches and brand campaigns.
Manage client posts, campaign deliverables and sponsored content schedules.
Increase followers, reach, engagement and brand visibility across platforms.
Monitor comments, messages and audience responses.
Prepare basic weekly/monthly social media performance reports.
Support event promotions, newsletter campaigns and website traffic campaigns.
Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content marketing. Good command over English; Hindi/Marathi communication will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube Shorts. Ability to write clean captions and promotional content. Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
Creative thinking with attention to detail. Ability to work with deadlines and coordinate with internal teams. Knowledge of jewellery, luxury, fashion, lifestyle, media or B2B industry will be preferred.
Qualification
Graduate in Mass Media, Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing or any related field.
Preferred Candidate
Someone who is creative, active on social media, understands digital trends, can handle multiple platforms and is willing to learn about the jewellery and jewellery technology industry.
