Ritvaa Opens First Physical Store in Thane, Steps into Omnichannel Retail

Ritvaa has officially stepped into physical retail with its debut 400-square-foot showroom in Thane West, Maharashtra. Inaugurated by actor Amrita Rao, the Gokhale Road storefront highlights the brand's shift toward an omnichannel model, featuring its signature 24K gold-layered SmartGold technology alongside traditional heritage collections

Thane: Ritvaa has entered the physical retail market with the opening of its first showroom on Gokhale Road, Thane West, marking a significant step in the brand’s transition from a digital-first business to an omnichannel jewellery retailer.

Spread across approximately 400 sq ft, the store is located in Naupada, one of Thane’s established shopping districts. The launch was attended by actor Amrita Rao, along with Rahul Roy, Shiv Thakare, Kishori Shahane and digital creator Ankita Prabhu Walawalkar.

Commenting on the launch, Amit Jaain, Co-Founder and Managing Director, Ritvaa, said the Thane market reflects growing demand for jewellery that combines traditional design cues with everyday wearability. He added that the new store will allow the brand to build a more direct relationship with customers.

Hanissh Jaain, Co-Founder and Managing Director, said Ritvaa remains focused on creating durable, design-led pieces rooted in regional craftsmanship rather than short-lived fashion trends.

The showroom houses a mix of traditional and contemporary jewellery. A key highlight is the brand’s SmartGold range, featuring 24KT gold plating over base metals for regular wear. The assortment also includes Nakashi antique jewellery, Maharashtrian Twin Vati Mangalsutras, Kolhapuri Saaj-inspired designs, 92.5 sterling silver jewellery, lab-grown diamond pieces and lightweight office wear.

The company is also offering lifetime service support across its product portfolio.

Following the Thane opening, Ritvaa is preparing for further offline expansion, with a Chennai showroom planned in the coming months.

The launch signals the brand’s intent to strengthen its presence in key urban markets while combining digital reach with a more personalised in-store retail experience.
