New Delhi: Malabar Gold & Diamonds has reopened its South Extension showroom following a major expansion, introducing a 15,000-square-foot retail space with over 30,000 jewellery designs and a dedicated bridal shopping arena. Inaugurated on 23 October 2026, the upgraded outlet strengthens the retailer’s presence in the capital ahead of the festive and wedding season, with an expanded selection of gold, diamond and exclusive Artistry collections.

The showroom was inaugurated by Anil Kumar Sharma, Member of the Delhi Legislative Assembly representing R.K. Puram, in the presence of Jishad N.K., Regional Head – North, Malabar Gold & Diamonds, and Thanseer K.K., Showroom Head.

Designed to accommodate a broader jewellery assortment and more personalised consultations, the expanded showroom features dedicated areas for bridal purchases, spacious product displays and improved customer facilities, including ample parking. The larger format allows customers to explore traditional wedding jewellery, contemporary diamond designs and heritage-inspired collections within a single retail destination.

Among the featured offerings are Malabar Gold & Diamonds’ limited-period Artistry collections and its latest yellow gold range, Manahaari, featuring designs crafted in 18-karat and 22-karat gold.

Commenting on the relaunch, M. P. Ahammad, Chairman of Malabar Group, highlighted Delhi’s longstanding jewellery heritage and the importance of gold and diamond jewellery in weddings and family celebrations. He said the expanded showroom brings together bridal, contemporary and exclusive designs while maintaining the brand’s emphasis on craftsmanship, quality and customer trust.

To coincide with the festive season, Malabar Gold & Diamonds has introduced promotional offers valid until 15 November 2026. These include discounts of up to 30 per cent on making charges for gold, uncut diamond and gemstone jewellery, up to 30 per cent off diamond value, and zero deductions on eligible old gold exchanges.

The retailer is also offering an advance booking facility for Dhanteras, allowing customers to reserve jewellery with a 10 per cent upfront payment and receive a complimentary silver coin, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

The showroom continues to offer BIS-hallmarked gold jewellery with HUID and tested, certified diamond jewellery. Under its Malabar Promises programme, the company provides exchange benefits, transparent pricing, lifetime free maintenance and responsibly sourced jewellery, subject to applicable policies.

Established in 1993, Malabar Gold & Diamonds operates more than 450 showrooms across 14 countries. The South Extension relaunch adds to its investment in large-format retail spaces, combining extensive product assortments with dedicated bridal services and an enhanced in-store shopping experience.
