Nayanthara Dazzles in Tamannaah’s Fine Jewellery Stack for Trailer Launch

Nayanthara redefined modern "quiet luxury" at the Toxic trailer launch, pairing a minimalist rust-orange saree with a geometric diamond stack from Tamannaah Fine Jewellery. Styled by Anu Vardhan, her look effortlessly bridged traditional silk elegance with contemporary, sharp diamond stacking

Nayanthara stepped into the spotlight at the highly anticipated trailer launch for Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups, delivering an ensemble that defined modern red-carpet sophistication, turning heads across media platforms and establishing her look as an instant viral moment.

The Look

Nayanthara, true to her preference for understated glamour, chose a lustrous plain rust-orange saree that championed pure colour and fabric quality over heavy surface embellishments. Styled by her long-time collaborator Anu Vardhan, the entire look was grounded by a sharp, centre-parted low bun that kept the focus firmly on her face and neck. The rich, reflective sheen of the unadorned fabric offered an earthy backdrop, while her neck remained clear of high fabric collars to give the baguette diamond choker complete breathing room. Her beauty palette harmonised with the warm tones of the drape, anchored by a soft matte base, natural contouring, and defined, brushed-up eyebrows. The entire look was grounded by a sharp, centre-parted low bun that kept the focus firmly on her face and choker.

Brand Spotlight

The jewellery worn by Nayanthara is from Tamannaah Fine Jewellery, founded in January 2026, marking actress Tamannaah Bhatia’s debut as a luxury entrepreneur. Built to bridge the gap between heavy heritage jewellery and daily urban fashion, the brand introduces a "Beyond the Occasion" philosophy that encourages pairing natural diamonds with traditional silks as effortlessly as daytime casual wear.

Leveraging her family’s fifteen-year legacy in Mumbai’s diamond trade, Tamannaah personally guides the label's creative direction. The collection is anchored around three core design lines: Half & Half, which explores dualities in geometric cuts and finishes; The Flick, focused on fluid, structured chain link movement; and Plumptious, defined by bold, bulbous forms. The brand's flagship store in Juhu, known as "The Apartment," mirrors an intimate residential gallery where fine pieces rest alongside books and artworks rather than traditional retail counters.

Jewellery Decode

Nayanthara's curated stack from Tamannaah Fine Jewellery offered a masterclass in sharp, geometric diamond layering. The centrepiece of her look was the Rondelle Baguette Necklace, crafted in 18K yellow gold and set with 665 natural baguette diamonds, valued by trackers at approximately Rs 28–29 lakh. Designed to lay flat against the collarbone, the neckpiece created a clean structural frame against the soft drape of her saree.

Her wrist stack featured the Orb Bracelet paired alongside the Slim Orb Bracelet, a fluid 14K yellow gold piece encrusted with 352 round diamonds retailing at roughly Rs 6.52 lakh. She completed the ensemble with two distinct rings: the Tapered Baguette Ring in heavy 18K yellow gold featuring 84 baguette diamonds (priced at Rs 4.54 lakh) and the textured Gold Grooved Band set with 24 round diamonds (retailing at Rs 2.91 lakh). Together, the stack highlighted how structured modern fine jewellery can elevate classic Indian drapes.
