Pune: Mia by Tanishq has expanded its retail presence in Pune with the opening of its 11th standalone store in the city, at Motwani Chambers on Jangali Maharaj (JM) Road in Shivajinagar. The location is also listed on the brand’s official store directory.
The 956-square-foot outlet was inaugurated by Ajoy Chawla, Managing Director of Titan Company Limited, and Sanjay Bhattacharjee, Retail Head of Mia by Tanishq.
The store showcases Mia’s lightweight jewellery for everyday wear, including designs in 14kt, 18kt and 22kt hallmarked gold, alongside certified diamond, sterling silver and gemstone jewellery. The assortment reflects the brand’s focus on contemporary, versatile designs.
Customers can explore minimalist diamond pieces and contemporary mangalsutra styles designed for daily use. An in-house Karatmeter enables gold purity checks, while other services include gold exchange, diamond verification and private shopping appointments. The official store listing confirms exchange, purity-checking and diamond-quality-checking services.
To mark the opening, Mia launched its “Mia on Wheels” campaign, featuring crystal-decorated cars travelling across Pune to engage shoppers through interactive activities and personalised portraits.
The opening also coincides with a festive promotion from 11 October, offering up to 100 per cent off making charges on diamond jewellery, subject to terms and conditions.
The new outlet forms part of Mia’s broader retail expansion, combining standalone stores with shop-in-shop counters within Tanishq showrooms and digital shopping platforms. This approach supports the brand’s positioning around fine jewellery that can be worn beyond traditional occasions.
With a focus on young professionals, Gen Z and millennials, Mia is seeking to make jewellery a more regular part of customers’ wardrobes, emphasising personal expression, versatility and everyday wear.
