Bettiah: Kalyan Jewellers has opened a new showroom in Bettiah, West Champaran, strengthening its presence in Bihar and extending organised jewellery retail into another growing regional market.
The showroom, located in Kamalnath Nagar, was inaugurated on 12 September 2026 by actor Karisma Kapoor, drawing a large turnout of local customers and residents.
The opening forms part of Kalyan Jewellers’ wider expansion strategy across Tier II and Tier III markets, where demand for certified gold and diamond jewellery is steadily increasing.
Commenting on the launch, Ramesh Kalyanaraman, Executive Director, Kalyan Jewellers, said the company is focused on bringing modern retail formats, verified purity and a wider range of designs closer to customers in emerging markets.
The Bettiah store offers several of Kalyan Jewellers’ signature collections. These include Muhurat for bridal jewellery, Mudhra for handcrafted antique designs, Nimah for temple jewellery, Anokhi for uncut Polki pieces, Ziah and Glo for lightweight diamond jewellery, and Lila and Rang for coloured gemstone designs.
The showroom has been designed to serve both traditional wedding buyers and younger customers seeking lighter, everyday jewellery.
All jewellery sold at the store is BIS hallmarked and supported by Kalyan Jewellers’ 4-Level Assurance Certificate, covering purity verification, transparent pricing, lifetime maintenance, and structured exchange and buyback policies.
To mark the opening, the brand has introduced limited-period inaugural offers, including benefits on making charges, available until 30 September 2026.
The Bettiah launch also reflects Kalyan Jewellers’ continued push beyond its traditional southern strongholds, as the company expands its footprint across non-South Indian markets and builds greater access to organised jewellery retail in smaller cities.
