Mumbai: SGL Labs is building a content-led industry platform through its podcast series Carats & Conversations, which has completed 10 episodes featuring voices from across the gems and jewellery sector.

The series brings together jewellers, brand leaders, designers and industry stakeholders in a conversation format, moving beyond product-led communication to focus on business thinking, design journeys, consumer behaviour and the evolving role of trust in jewellery retail.
