New Delhi: CaratLane, the Tata-backed omnichannel jewellery retailer, has appointed Dhaval Raja as its Chief Sales Officer. In his new role, Raja will lead the company’s sales operations across channels and markets, with a focus on business growth, retail execution, customer experience and store expansion.

The appointment comes as CaratLane continues to strengthen its physical and digital retail presence in India. With jewellery consumers increasingly moving between online discovery and offline purchase experiences, the brand is expected to further sharpen its omnichannel strategy under Raja’s sales leadership.

Raja brings extensive experience in sales leadership, retail operations and business development. Before joining CaratLane, he served as Chief Sales and Business Officer at Senco Gold and Diamonds, where he led retail, online, corporate and digital business verticals.

During his tenure at Senco Gold and Diamonds, the company expanded its presence beyond regional markets and recorded strong retail growth alongside its public listing journey. His experience across jewellery retail, channel development and customer-facing business operations is expected to support CaratLane’s next phase of expansion.

Over the years, Raja has held leadership roles at Raymond Ltd, Raymond Apparel Ltd and Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. His career spans sales management, commercial strategy, channel development, retail execution and business operations.
