Copenhagen: Jewellery brand Pandora has reinforced its commitment to nurturing emerging fashion talent by expanding its partnership with Copenhagen Fashion Week (CPHFW) as the event celebrates its 20th anniversary.
Founded in Copenhagen in 1982, Pandora is using this milestone season to honour its Danish roots through collaborations spanning runway showcases, emerging designers and the official anniversary celebrations.
For the third consecutive season, Pandora returns as the Headline Partner of CPHFW NEWTALENT, an initiative dedicated to supporting early-stage Scandinavian fashion labels through funding, mentorship, industry networking and a place on the official Copenhagen Fashion Week calendar.
This season, Danish designers Anne Sofie Madsen and TAUS have incorporated Pandora jewellery into their Spring/Summer 2027 collections, showcasing the brand’s pieces through their distinct creative aesthetics.
Anne Sofie Madsen, recognised for her sculptural silhouettes and couture-inspired craftsmanship, has worked alongside renowned fashion houses including Dior and Alexander McQueen before returning to Copenhagen Fashion Week’s official schedule. Meanwhile, TAUS, founded by Taus Møller, is known for its refined tailoring and contemporary Scandinavian approach to luxury fashion.
Through these collaborations, Pandora aims to demonstrate how jewellery can enhance silhouettes while serving as a powerful medium for storytelling and personal expression.
Commenting on the initiative, Berta de Pablos-Barbier, Chief Executive Officer of Pandora, said supporting emerging designers represents an investment in the future of creativity. She added that the company looks forward to seeing how both designers interpret Pandora jewellery through their unique creative perspectives.
Beyond the runway, Pandora is also partnering with Copenhagen Fashion Week’s 20th Anniversary Gala, hosted at the Royal Danish Opera House, while welcoming model, actress and activist Adwoa Aboah as a special guest throughout the fashion week.
Welcoming the continued collaboration, Cecilie Thorsmark, Chief Executive Officer of Copenhagen Fashion Week, said the support of a globally recognised brand with authentic Copenhagen roots creates significant value for both the platform and the emerging designers it champions.
More than four decades after opening as a small jewellery store in Copenhagen, Pandora’s expanded presence at Copenhagen Fashion Week reflects the brand’s continued evolution from a Danish retailer into one of the world's leading jewellery companies, while reaffirming its commitment to creativity, craftsmanship and the next generation of fashion talent.
