Hyderabad: Vega Jewellers is set to expand its retail presence with the opening of its seventh and largest showroom in Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad, on 6 November 2026. Spanning approximately 17,000 square feet, the new flagship marks a significant milestone in the retailer's expansion strategy, strengthening its presence in one of the city's established commercial districts.
The showroom is scheduled to be inaugurated by actor Pragya Jaiswal, who will attend as Chief Guest, alongside the brand's longstanding ambassador, Nandamuri Balakrishna. The launch brings additional attention to Vega Jewellers' growing retail network across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Located in Dilsukhnagar, the flagship has been developed to offer a large-format jewellery shopping experience, comparable in scale and positioning to the brand's Jubilee Hills outlet. The location provides access to customers across Hyderabad's eastern residential and commercial neighbourhoods, supported by established public transport connectivity.
The new showroom will present an extensive selection of gold, diamond, Polki and bridal jewellery, catering to customers seeking traditional designs alongside contemporary collections. A central focus is 22-karat antique and temple jewellery, featuring intricate floral patterns, peacock motifs and elaborate gold craftsmanship associated with South Indian bridal traditions.
The assortment will also include everyday gold chains, bangles, diamond jewellery incorporating precious gemstones, uncut Polki creations and elaborate bridal sets. The wider product portfolio is intended to address different purchasing preferences, from lightweight daily-wear jewellery to statement pieces for weddings and significant family celebrations.
To coincide with the opening, Vega Jewellers has announced promotional offers valid until 30 November 2026. These include zero making charges on eligible gold jewellery and wastage charges starting at 2.99 per cent on selected products, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
The retailer has also introduced a Mega Gold Lucky Draw, offering a total of 500 grams of 24-karat gold to 100 selected winners. The initiative forms part of its launch-period customer engagement activities, aimed at encouraging showroom visits during the festive and wedding shopping season.
The Dilsukhnagar opening reflects Vega Jewellers' strategy to strengthen its presence in high-potential commercial markets across South India. The company's existing retail footprint includes locations in Jubilee Hills, Vijayawada, Guntur, Kakinada and Eluru, supporting its regional expansion across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
The brand's growth strategy has also involved changes to its corporate structure and investment approach. Originally incorporated in 2018, the jewellery business underwent a corporate acquisition through a slump-sale transaction in 2025, forming part of a broader effort to strengthen its financial and operational capacity for retail expansion.
Alongside showroom development, the company has been evaluating property ownership as part of its long-term retail infrastructure strategy. Earlier in 2026, its board approved a ₹28 crore land acquisition covering approximately 3,300 square yards in Vijayawada, intended to support future large-format retail development.
The investment reflects the company's approach to building a more substantial physical retail network through strategically located flagship properties, complementing its existing showroom operations.
With the upcoming Dilsukhnagar flagship, Vega Jewellers is extending its presence in Hyderabad while strengthening its position in the regional jewellery market. The expansion brings together larger retail infrastructure, an extensive bridal and fine jewellery assortment, and festive promotional initiatives as the company continues to develop its network across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
