Paris: Manish Malhotra High Jewellery made its Paris Haute Couture Week debut as part of the designer’s Fall/Winter 2026 couture presentation, Maa. The presentation marked an important international showcase for the jewellery brand, placing it before global fashion media, luxury buyers, stylists and private clients.
The jewellery was presented alongside Malhotra’s couture collection, which was conceived as a tribute to motherhood, memory and inheritance. Statement necklaces, earrings and other precious jewellery pieces were incorporated into the runway looks as part of the collection’s overall creative direction.
Diamonds and coloured gemstones featured across the jewellery designs, which were styled to complement the silhouettes, embroidery and detailing of the couture garments.
The Maa collection was structured around four themes—Cocoon, Bond, Becoming and Abundance—representing protection, emotional connection, transformation and legacy. The jewellery reflected the collection’s emphasis on permanence, emotional value and generational inheritance.
Manish Malhotra is one of India’s most established fashion designers, with a career spanning more than three decades across cinema, couture, bridal wear and celebrity styling. He has built a strong presence in the Indian luxury and wedding market and is widely recognised for his work with leading film personalities, public figures and private clients.
Building on this established fashion business, Malhotra expanded into precious jewellery through Manish Malhotra High Jewellery, a dedicated jewellery vertical under his brand. The business has primarily focused on bridal, wedding and occasion jewellery, drawing on the designer’s strong association with Indian couture and luxury celebrations.
The Paris presentation provided the jewellery brand with a platform to extend its visibility beyond the domestic bridal market. Paris Haute Couture Week attracts international fashion editors, buyers, stylists, collectors and representatives of leading luxury houses, making it an important setting for brands seeking greater global recognition.
The showcase also highlighted the brand’s strategy of developing couture and jewellery under a common creative identity. This enables garments and jewellery to be designed and presented as a coordinated luxury offering for bridal, ceremonial and red-carpet clients.
The presentation comes at a time when Indian designers are gaining greater visibility on international fashion platforms. It also reflects the broader effort by Indian luxury brands to present their craftsmanship, design identity and cultural heritage directly to global audiences.
For the Manish Malhotra brand, the Paris appearance marked another step towards developing a wider luxury-house model in which couture, bridal wear, jewellery and related lifestyle categories operate under a unified identity.
The Maa presentation therefore served not only as Malhotra’s couture debut in Paris, but also as an international introduction for Manish Malhotra High Jewellery within the global fashion and luxury ecosystem.
